The hotel is modern with a superb scent at the entrance. I found the breakfast had many varieties and good taste, I especially liked the daily specials. The bed was AMAZING!!! I loved the linens and pillows.
I found the soundproofing wasn't the best as I could hear noises from the main street.

The hotel has a good location near the central station. Canal City Mall is easily accessible. Many konbini and restaurant options are also within easy walking distance, which I found very convenient.

The hotel is new and spotlessly clean. The location is nice in the quiet side of the area. The onsen was great and relaxing after a day of exploring.
The heating in my room was too warm , I did not feel comfortable at night.
